Visiting and transfer students

We welcome visiting and transfer students from other American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law schools. If you seek a Franklin Pierce Law Center degree, you will be required to spend at least four full-time semesters in residence.

In addition to the general admissions requirements, transfer applicants must submit the following:

  • A statement addressing how law school has affected you and your aspirations as well as your reasons for transferring
  • A letter of good standing from the dean of your law school
  • An official copy of your law school transcript
  • Your LSDAS report

In addition to the general admissions requirements, visiting students must submit the following:

  • A statement addressing how law school has affected you and your aspirations as well as your reasons for visiting
  • A letter of good standing from the dean of your law school as well as permissions from your degree granting school to visit at Franklin Pierce Law Center
  • An official copy of your law school transcript
