Reciprocity policy
The Career Services Office at Franklin Pierce Law Center provides reasonable access to resources by students and alumni/ae of law schools outside Concord, NH as follows:
1. Reciprocity privileges are available to third year students or an alumnus/a or at the discretion on the Career Services Office director for a four month period as determined by the date of the first visit.
2. All requests for services must be made in writing or by email by the student's/graduate's Career Services Office in advance of the intended visit.
3. Students/graduates granted reciprocity must bring with them their copy of the letter granting reciprocity.
4. The following services will be provided to the extent that the reciprocating school provides in-kind services:
- Current position vacancy announcements
- Access to resource library publications and directories
- Handouts
- Limited counseling - based on staff availability
6. Students/graduates who abuse the facilities, services or staff will be denied further access.
7. Reciprocity may be denied during the fall recruiting period from August through October.
