F. Graduate Programs
The MIP and LLM degrees have their own mandatory courses and
distribution requirements. (You should check the website or with
the Director of Graduate Programs for a current list.) One–year
programs have unique considerations. They necessarily involve
constrained choices and little option for sequencing, although there is
some room for elective choice.
Within these limits, the same advice about careers and relative
priority of courses applies. We suggest you read the appropriate
sections on Intellectual Property (pages 15 – 23) and Commercial Law
(pages 7 – 12).
