Application Checklist for the Graduate Degree Programs

Applications will not be considered for admission until all application materials have been received.

1. Submit your application through the Pierce Law website using the Master Degree and Diploma Programs Application Form. Please read the application carefully and answer all questions.

2. Print and sign the certification page from the application form and mail it to:

3. Submit the $50.00 non-refundable application fee by credit card on the application form or by mailing a check or money order to the Admissions Office. We will not process your application until the fee is received.

An application fee waiver is available if you prove financial need. To apply for a waiver, submit the Application Fee Waiver Request Form.

4. Submit your résumé and essay as e-mail attachments with your application.

5. Submit two Letters of Recommendation through the mail using the Pierce Law recommendation form. If you have attended school within the past five years, at least one of these recommendations should be from an academic source.

6. Request certified transcripts from the registrars of all university level schools attended, including law school if applicable. We do not accept photocopies.

7. Request official TOEFL reports from ETS if English is not your native language and you completed your undergraduate degree in a foreign country. Pierce Law's Institution Code is 3396. TOEFL information is available through Educational Testing Services.
