Administrative Assistant/Database Manager

Pierce Law seeks an Administrative Assistant/Database Manager to support fundraising, alumni, special events and publication functions.

Duties include database management and data reporting; gift entry and acknowledgment processing; mass mailings; website and e-communications; office management; coordination of special event logistics; and management of work study students.

Minimum of an Associate's Degree is required and experience in a non-profit/fundraising environment is preferred.

Candidates must demonstrate organization, strong attention to detail, initiative, and proficiency using Microsoft Office, word processing, spreadsheets and relational database systems (preferably Raiser's Edge).

Collections Management Assistant

Clerical library position responsible primarily for checking in, processing and generally maintaining the Government Documents collection, and assisting the Cataloging Librarian.

Computer, clerical and/or library experience required. Associates degree preferred. Requires organization, strong attention to detail, initiative, and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.

Serials Assistant

Clerical library position responsible primarily for preparing bindery shipments, processing outgoing mail, and assisting the Serials Supervisor by processing, shelving and filing of receipts of a serial nature.

Computer, clerical and/or library experience required. Associates degree preferred. Requires organization, strong attention to detail, initiative, and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
