Annual Auction

The money raised at auction provides grants to Pierce Law students who serve public interest law organizations during the summer so they can use their legal training to help those who are economically disadvantaged, who would not otherwise have access to legal representation. These funds allow students to choose their summer employment based on a commitment to public service interest rather than on economic necessity.

100% of the funds raised go to Public Interest Fellowships and the auction is the sole source of funding for these grants!

In the past, students who received fellowships have worked at such places as New Hampshire Legal Assistance, providing low-income clients with access to health care and housing; Disabilities Rights Center, Inc., helping the disabled in many legal matters. Students have also worked for the New Hampshire Public Defender, National Education Association, and The Way Home♦just to name a few.
