Ledoux joined Pierce Law in 1994 as the Bursar and now serves as the payroll and benefits specialist. She is responsible for payroll, billing and taxes, purchasing, human resources and is assistant to the Vice President for Finance and Administration.

Prior to joining Pierce Law she was employed as the office manager at the Suncook Trim Corporation for eight years.
