Federal work study opportunities

A student is eligible for Federal Work Study if they are a United States or permanent resident of the United States, applied for financial aid and received Federal Work Study as part of their financial aid package.

The following opportunities are available for the 2008-09 academic year. Please contact the department supervisor directly for more information.

Graduate Programs
Supervisor: Debbie Beauregard
Job Description: Graduate Programs Assistant, 10 hours per week.

Jury Box

Supervisor: Pam Walsh
Job Description:   One student is needed to train for two weeks in the cafe.  Must be able to work as needed after training period.  Hourly rate plus free food!


Communications

Supervisor: Linda Turner

Job Description: Link checker and proofreader.  Please provide resume and two writing samples.

Up to 6 hours/week, M-F, 8-2:30

 

Supervisor:  Barbara Wilson

Job Description: Pierce Law Calendar and closed circuit tv coordinator

Days/hours needed: up to 6 hours/ week, W-F, 9-4.  PowerPoint skills a plus but we can train. Duties may be supplemented with media tracking depending on hours student is available

 

IP Library

Supervisor: Jon Cavicchi

Job Description: Seeking three administrative assistants, prefer 2Ls or 3LS. Duties range from collection maintenance, electronic data processing to research of all kinds.
